UK Mainland Addresses:
UK Delivery up to £50.00 basket value is £2.95
Europe up to £50.00 basket value is £6.00
Europe over £50.00 basket value is £2.95
Rest of the World up to £50.00 basket value is £9.00
Rest of the World over £50.00 basket value is £15.00
International deliveries:

2.0 Delivery Policy
2.1 Bunting Boutique
Our ‘in stock’ products will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the payment in full for goods ordered. The average timescale for personalised (named) or orders with a specified flag size, fabric choice and length is 21 days from receipt of payment. If the bunting is required urgently please advise us of the deadline and we will endeavour to meet it. Progress on all orders can be tracked using our on-line Order Tracking system.
2.2 Hire House
Bunting can be collected from and returned to Bunting Queen in Chester FREE of charge. If this is not convenient carriage is chargeable dependent on the amount ordered. Please request a quotation. The hired bunting will be sent out to you either via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service/courier company or hand delivered by Bunting Queen. Bunting is to be returned to Bunting Queen on or before the agreed return date, as specified in the order confirmation email from Bunting Queen. The hired bunting is to be returned to Bunting Queen using the pre-paid postage bag provided or in person to Bunting Queen. Proof of postage is to be obtained and retained by the person responsible for returning the bunting to Bunting Queen. The method of return delivery is to be agreed in advance with Bunting Queen.
2.3 Design Den
All bespoke bunting orders are unique and developed using communication between Bunting Queen and the customer. Accordingly we will advise of the anticipated delivery day once the order details have been agreed. Bunting Queen will endeavour to meet customer deadlines wherever possible.
3.0 Hire House Refundable Deposit
Hire House customers are required to pay a deposit at the time of placing their order, the deposit is charged at £1.00 per metre of bunting hired, for example £50.00 for 50 metres. The deposit is refundable upon the safe and timely return of the bunting to Bunting Queen in the condition that it was received in. The bunting is to be returned to Bunting Queen in the pre-paid postage bag, provided with the bunting, on or before the return date agreed at the time of placing the order and in the condition it was received in. Customers are to provide the bank account details or payee name that they require their deposit to be paid to.
