1.1 Payment Policy
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Nochex, the highly reputable on-line payment system. In the event that you are not happy paying on-line we will happily accept cheques, goods will be dispatched when cleared funds have reached our bank account.
All online payments are conducted through Protx secure servers. There will be no contractual obligation between you and Bunting Queen for the supply by it to you of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit card debited.
Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
1.2 Placing an order
When you place an order we need to know your name, address, credit card details and email address.
Credit card details are not stored online or locally on our computers. Nochex handle all our online payments.
Alternatively cheques can be posted and made payable to Bunting Queen.
1.3 Security
Our website is secure. Credit card details are not stored online. We use secure SSL encryption systems for all transactions so you can shop in confidence.
1.4 Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember details such as your name and address. This saves returning customers time on subsequent visits. Credit Card details are NOT stored online.

2.0 BUNTING BOUTIQUE (Bunting Queen’s Online Shop)
2.1 Returns
We offer a fair returns policy in line with the distance selling regulations.
Notify us of your reason and intent to return your goods within 7 days of delivery and we will happily refund you. Goods are returned at your cost unless there has been a mistake on our part. We do ask however that the goods are returned in their original condition and as you would expect,
NB: personalised goods are non-refundable.
3.0 HIRE HOUSE (Bunting Queen’s Hire Shop)
3.1 Duration
The rates quoted are for a 4 day hire, for example Bunting Queen dispatches the bunting on Thursday and it is received back at Bunting Queen HQ on Monday. Any variation on the number of days and days of the week will be quoted for on request.
